HOUSE RULES: -NO SMOKING INSIDE THE UNIT: $300 FINE IF POLICY IS VIOLATED -You are only allowed to have the same amount of guests at the house that you have listed on your reservation -Quiet hours are from 10pm-6am. No noise complaints from the neighbors, please be respectful -Place dirty towels in the shower when your reservation is over & you depart -Place dirty dishes in the dishwasher -Guests will be financially responsive for any property damage caused to the property location associated with their reservation during their stay (total costs may vary) -Guests will be responsible for any plumbing clogs that occur. I also highly recommend you download the “EXPERIENCE PENSACOLA” app on your phone or tablet for great recommendations for things to do, bars/restaurants, etc. in the Pensacola area.
